A one-word brief: "more web3."

The client's single piece of feedback on the existing site was that it felt "generic and outdated - not giving." They wanted it to feel "more web3." That's not a brief - it's a vibe. The real challenge of this project was what comes before any design decisions: figuring out what "web3" means as a visual and experiential quality, and then translating that subjective feeling into something concrete enough to actually design to. The case study is about that translation process as much as it's about the output.

Form page redesign - grouping fields under labeled subsections with accent color application turns an overwhelming flat list into a structured, readable experience.

Presented at the hackathon.

The redesign was presented at the hackathon. The most valuable part of this project was the process that came before any design - the work of interrogating what the brief actually meant, identifying the visual and experiential markers that make something feel "web3," and making those markers explicit enough to design to. That translation work is reusable on any project where the brief is a feeling rather than a specification.
